SKILLED WORKER WELCOME AND SET UP

LOW SEASON DISCOUNTS
We will reduce the price to agents by $200 for participants joining the 365 DAY and 4 MONTH PLUS programmes in February, March, April, May and June (N.B. THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR THE 4 MONTH STANDARD PROGRAMME.)
Please note that this reduction is offered based on the training date of the programme i.e. for arrivals from 3/2/20 to 29/6/20 (inclusive).

A reduction of the wholesale price ($100 for 365 DAY programmes, $50 FOR 4 MONTH PLUS and 4 MONTH STANDARD programmes) will be offered to agents after achieving a target number of participants in the calendar year.
These volume discounts will be by individual agreement with each agency.
The default number for transition to the reduced amount is on-going bookings of 25 PAX or more per year, whether 365 DAY, 4 MONTH PLUS or 4 MONTH STANDARD bookings.

Deposit payment from Client to the Agent
It is expected that Agents will (where national rules allow) have taken a deposit payment of at least AUD $500 to secure their participants booking. This should be held by the Agent.
Receipt of balance of payment from Client to the Agent
We suggest and recommend that you seek to collect full payment from your client at least 45 days prior to their starting the programme.
Payment from Agents to Visitoz
Payment should be made by bank transfer to Visitoz, or will be taken as a credit card payment using credit card details held by Visitoz 1-3 days before the payment due date.
Payment timescales
Please note that we reserve the right to make additional charges for late payment.
For advance bookings (> 30 days before the booked start date)
We require full payment 30 days before the start date.
Late payment received 0-30 days before the start date will incur an additional charge of $300.
Late payment received after the start date will incur an additional charge of $500.
For late bookings (< 30 days before the booked start date)
Full payment is expected within 4 working days from the time of acceptance.
Thereafter the same late payment terms apply as for advance bookings (see above).
Date change fees
Dates may be changed 60 days or more before booked start date for no charge.
Dates may be changed 30-59 days before booked start date for a charge of $250
Dates may be changed 14-29 days before booked start date for a charge of $500
Dates may not be changed less than 14 days before booked start date. In this case cancellation charges apply.
Cancellation charges
Cancellation 45 days or more before the booked start date will incur an AUD $500 charge only.
Cancellation less than 45 days before the booked start date will receive no refund. Full payment will be due.
In case of cancellation for reasons of accident or illness we recommend that refund be sought from cancellation insurance.

If the application is not accepted by Visitoz the applicant will immediately receive a full refund.

The applicant will receive a refund of 50% of the full programme fee if they cancel / withdraw more than 30 days before the planned start date.
